RETURNS

To return a product, you must first contact us to arrange the return before doing so.

 Cartridge return must be made within 14 days of gaining authorisation from Inkability.

 

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS

Credits can be issued for incorrectly ordered goods that are not required.

Incorrectly ordered goods returned to Inkability will incur a 10% restocking fee plus freight paid for by the customer.

For orders that appear to be incorrectly ordered or delivered you must contact us within 14 days of the invoice date.

Please check with us first to ascertain just what the problem might be.

Some cartridges may appear to be incorrect at first sight but on further investigation can actually be correct for your printer, though the labelling or appearance may initially cause some confusion.

Incorrectly ordered goods returns must be in unopened, unmarked, & undamaged original packaging, otherwise credit will not be possible.

When shipping returned goods ensure that they are shipped in additional external packaging to prevent transit damage to the goods or boxes.

All replacement costs for goods that are incorrectly supplied when Inkability is at fault will be borne by Inkability.

 

FAULTY GOODS

To claim that a product is faulty, you must first contact us to verify what the problem might be, or what action might be taken.

All of the printer manufacturer's cleaning and other recommended procedures must firstly be carried out.

Claims for faulty cartridges must be made within 3 months of the invoice date.

Cartridges deemed to be faulty must be a minimum weight of at least 75% of the full weight.

A clear and accurate description of the fault must be provided.

In the case of faulty or poor quality printing, a print sample must be provided.

We reserve the right to require that a faulty cartridge be returned to Inkability for testing and assessment, or to require a written technical report by a qualified printer technician to verify that the cartridge in dispute is faulty before any liability by Inkability is agreed to.

In the case of a legitimate complaint accepted by Inkability there will be no cost to the purchaser.

Otherwise all costs will be borne by the purchaser.

 

WARRANTY

All Inkability cartridges come with a full refund or replacement guarantee.

Original brand, compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted against defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 months from the original invoice date. This warranty does not cover items that have been improperly stored, used or installed, or otherwise altered, or damaged.
